Official 'Friendship League mid-season trade' contract, love it!
How can a trade be made prior to the start of midseason trading, which started 8/1 at 12:01am. Something stinks from the Grand Rapids trip.
It was my assumption that any league trade made on a bar napkin could be negotiated one day ahead of the deadline. Was I misinterpreting the rule here?

Something stunk from the Grand Rapids trip alright. It was the smoke coming out of Pat's Go Kart car after it stalled on the backstretch.
