Las Vegas – Kyle Seager has been dealt to Mount Pleasant, in exchange for MP’s third round pick in the upcoming draft. Fremont general manager Peter Brand said in this afternoon’s press conference, “We salute Kyle and his nine years of service to the Fremont club and the greater Las Vegas community,”
Seager, the ‘Monts fifth round pick in the 2011 draft, hit
82 HR 279 RBI .238/.302/.404 in his career. The MVP of Vegas’ first winning
playoff series, he was awarded with gold gloves in 2014 and 2017. Seager leaves for mid-Michigan atop the all-time Fremont list in most categories.
